2. How to request a service

  1. Contact us via the inquiry form or our official LINE account.
  2. We will reply with a quote (if applicable) and the return‐shipping address.
  3. Ship your item to us with insurance; outbound shipping is at the customer’s expense.
  4. Upon arrival, our master craftsperson will inspect the piece and begin the service.
  5. When the work is finished, you will receive an email confirmation—and a secure payment link if any fees apply.

Is resizing free every time?

The first adjustment within ±2 sizes is complimentary. Any second resize—or any resize of ±3 sizes or more—is subject to a fee.

Will LANRIA cover shipping costs?

Round-trip shipping is the customer’s responsibility. To keep costs down, you’re welcome to send multiple pieces in a single insured parcel.

How often should I request ultrasonic cleaning?

For rings worn daily, every 3–6 months is a good guideline. The service is free, so feel free to schedule a cleaning whenever you like.

What happens if a stone comes loose?

Please email us a photo of the piece as soon as possible. We’ll diagnose the issue and provide a quote for re-setting— including stone sourcing if necessary.
